UKIP “closest to a traditional Conservative agenda”

By Leon J Williams

Conservative Lord Tebbit has stated that tories who are fed up with the coalition will turn to UKIP as they are the “closest to a traditional Conservative agenda”.

UKIP full of shitThis comes as news that Tory MP Priti Patel’s father (Sushil Patel) would be standing for UKIP in Thursday’s UK local elections much to the media hungry joy of UKIP leader Nigel Farage and the disappointment of the tories.

Of course UKIP have taken this as a real media winner to say ‘Hey look! we’re not completely racist!’
Sure, they love the foreigners who will vote for them and vilify those who don’t as spongers of tax payers money and stealers of ‘British’ jobs (that’s white British of course!)

UKIP, like their Conservative friends work for the rich, the banks, big business. Think the tory led coalition is bad? It’ll seem like a picnic if UKIP ever got in power!

UK local elections 2nd May 2013

British tory flagThe predictions are CON 29, LAB 38, LD 16, UKIP 11 and Others 6 according to Michael Thrasher and Colin Rallings. However the latest national polls are CON 32%, LAB 40%, LDEM 11%, UKIP 12% and Others 5% according to YouGov.

Currently the local political landscape is a Tory wet dream with them controlling 30 out of 34 councils, 1 being held by the Lib Dems and 3 with no overall control (NOC) at the last elections held on the 4th June 2009.

Whatever happens on Thursday right-wingers will be happy with UKIP on the rise and the Conservatives remaining (at a local level) in first place, albeit with a reduced amount of councils and councillors.

Do not forget that the left is standing in various forms, from Green Socialism to regular Socialism to Communism!
Don’t let the rich dictate the lives of the working class!

Conservative councillor resigns after racist remarks

John CherryConservative (Tory) councillor John Cherry has resigned from the party after making ‘unacceptable’ remarks about ethnic minorities in London schools.

The now former Tory councillor basically called foreigners lazy, he said:

“There are certain nationalities where they are uncertain what this hard work is all about”

“It depends what type of Asian. If they’re Chinese, they’ll rise to the top. If they’re Indian, they’ll rise to the top. If they’re Pakistani, they won’t”

He went on to say that if the Children were not allowed to leave the school premises then it would create a “sexual volcano”.

The Guardian says on the report:

‘Many black and Asian people still associate the Tories with tough immigration policies and racist views.’

Can’t think why!!

The Conservatives, as is the case with all right-wing parties and groups are inherently racist. It’s part of a nationalist agenda of ‘our country/people are better than yours’. You don’t look/speak/etc like us so piss off!

Say no to the right-wing! NO TO THE CONSERVATIVES AND NO TO UKIP!

Corporations to continue stifling free speech

No free speechThe House of Lords amendment to the UK’s ‘defamation bill’ has been removed by the Conservatives in the House of Commons.

The bill would have prevented large companies ranging from McDonald’s to Tesco from suing their critics unless they could prove financial losses.

The Tories (Conservatives) won the vote 298 to 230 showing that it is not just Thatcher that was divisive but rather that it is being a Conservative that is divisive.

The Tories will always put big business before the people.

Britain and Austerity

By Anton

Capitalism has divided us, and it’s done it with spectacular results. Cameron has shifted the public worry from the economic hardships to immigrants. In fact, we can see the more shit they get us in, the more shit the immigrants get. Of course, in times of trouble, the ruling classes will attempt to divert the masses anger towards a scapegoat, whether it is an ethnic minority, a religious minority, or, in Britain’s case- the lumpen proletariat.
The daily mail began its relentless campaign on those on benefits, often picking those who represent the worst of the lumpen proletariat, and then demand the destruction of the welfare state. But what happens when Cameron runs out of people to blame? He’s blamed the poor, the people on benefits, the immigrants and the disabled.
I would like to say the British people would not stand by whilst their beloved welfare state is cut up and handed to Cameron’s chums, but so far I’ve seen little resistance.

Boris Johnson; “You’re a nasty piece of work, aren’t you?”

Boris Johnson SCUMConservative mayor of London has had a disastrous 15 minute interview on the BBC with Eddie Mair.

The full interview can be found here.
A 3 minute version can be found here.

There were three main talking points:

1) Does Boris want to become Prime Minister?

2) Why did Boris make up a quote while working for the Times newspaper?

3) When a friend said he wanted to beat up a journalist, why did Boris say he would give him their address?

In typical bumbling Boris style he failed to answer the questions leading Eddie Mair to say:  “You’re a nasty piece of work, aren’t you?” which Boris also didn’t deny.

Verdict: Boris; typical tory scum

22% of Britons think Tony Blair should be tried for war crimes

uk partiesA poll by YouGov has shown that…

53% of Britons think that the Iraq invasion was wrong.

56% think that as a result of the war the UK is more unsafe.

22% think Tony Blair should be tried for war crimes.

69% think Tony Blair knew there were no WMD.

41% think Iraqis would have been better off under Saddam Hussein than they are now.

In other UK polls…

Ipsos MORI have a poll out for voting intention:

CON 27%(-3), LAB 40%(-2), LDEM 11%(+4), UKIP 13%(+4).

UKIP are still polling ahead of the Lib Dems, so who will win the next general election? Labour or a Conservative/UKIP coalition?

Either way this offers nothing for the working class and just alters how badly we get shafted, labour bad, con/ukip very bad.

UK right; money for troops not the poor

British Philip Hammond MP flagThe ruling Conservative party’s Philip Hammond (the Defence Secretary) has called for a cut in the welfare budget in order to maintain the number of troops.

The toss-pot went on to say that in the upcoming government budget defending the nation must be top priority. We assume that he means attacking other countries must be top priority.

He also said that a fair percentage of the cabinet want to reassess the welfare budget. No surprise, the tories want to cut the welfare state, cut money to help the disabled, the vulnerable and the sick. Got no money to look after yourself? Fuck off then!
The conservatives; the caring and compassionate party…

How about a different approach?

How about we stop attacking other countries, dramatically reduce the military budget, join the EU army to ensure that real and genuine security is not compromised and use the leftover funds to increase the standard of living for the British public.

Capitalism in decay; UK loses AAA credit rating

British austerity flagThe UK has lost its triple A credit rating after it was downgraded by Moody’s.

The list of countries with a AAA credit rating is ever shrinking as the global capitalist economy continues to struggle.

All of Scandinavia continues to rate as AAA with the 3 main credit rating agencies (S&P, Moody’s & Fitch), here’s a sample of how some other counties are faring:

Standards & Poor’s

AAA – Australia, Canada, some of Europe
AA+ – UK, US, Austria, France
AA – New Zealand, Belgium
AA- – China, Japan, Czech Rep
A+ – South Korea, Israel
BBB – Brazil, Russia

United Kingdom

In the UK Shadow chancellor Ed Balls (Labour Party) said the decision was a “humiliating blow to a prime minister and chancellor who said keeping our AAA rating was the test of their economic and political credibility”

While Labour’s contribution to the economic situation we find ourselves in the UK should not be forgotten (selling of gold reserves at a very low point, keeping essential services in private hands and introducing private finance initiatives in the National Health Service etc) the Conservatives (tory) and their coalition partners the Liberal Democrats (Lib Dems) are making a bad situation worse.

The British public must wake up and and ditch the main 3 parties who have continually ruled and screwed over the country, we need change and we need it now!
